PawValu started as a single shop with a simple idea: sell pet owners the food and gear that actually suits their animal, not whatever carries the biggest margin that month.
What we actually do
We stock food, treats, toys, walking gear, litter, grooming supplies and habitat essentials for dogs, cats, small pets, birds, fish and reptiles. Every product on this site has been through our animal care team before it reaches a shelf.
When two bags look identical to you, they usually are not, and the difference is rarely printed on the front. That is the part we are here for — ring us, tell us the breed, the age and the fussy habits, and we will narrow it down to two sensible options.
No subscriptions. Ever.
There is no auto-delivery plan on this site, no membership tier, and no recurring charge hiding at checkout. You buy something when you need it, and that is the end of the transaction. If you want a reminder to reorder, we will happily suggest one — as a note in your calendar, not as a standing order against your card.
In store as well as online
Our shops run self-serve dog washes, full grooming salons and regular adoption weekends with local rescue partners. Order online and pick it up at the counter the same day, usually within two hours.
Straight answers
If a product is not right for your animal, we would rather tell you before you buy it. And if something does not work out, unopened items come back within 60 days — and if your pet simply refused a food you had already opened, bring it in anyway and we will sort it out.
