Orders placed before 2:00 PM ship the same business day. Standard delivery reaches most of Canada in two to five business days.

Large bags of litter and food ship at the same rate as everything else — there is no oversize surcharge.
Returns
Unopened items can come back within 60 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. Bring the packing slip or your order number.
If you opened a bag of food and your pet flatly refused it, bring it back anyway. We would rather help you find something they will eat than argue about a seal.
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on opened grooming liquids or used litter boxes.
Damaged or wrong item
Send a photo to hello@pawvalu.example within seven days and we will ship a replacement immediately — no need to return the damaged one first.
No subscriptions to cancel
There are no recurring orders on this site, so there is nothing to pause, skip or cancel. Every purchase is a one-off.
